REGISTRATION AT THE EMBASSY |
Ghanaians who are resident in Japan and Singapore should at the earliest opportunity register their names and addresses at the Ghana Embassy in Tokyo and the Honorary Consulates of Ghana in Singapore and Fukuoka. Failure to do so may in a period of emergency result in difficulty or delay in according them assistance and protection to which they are entitled. Changes of address or departure from the above-mentioned countries should also be notified to the Embassy or Consulate.
A registered Ghanaian is issued with an Identity Card, which serves as a reference point for continued interaction with the Embassy. The Identity Card is valid for five (5) years and must be renewed.
Duly completed registration form (in PDF) must be submitted with your Passport, one passport size photograph and ¥4,800 processing fee.
