- Four Passport-sized Photographs
- Original Vaccination Certificate Against Yellow Fever
- Four Copies of Certificate of Ticket or Itinerary or Flight
Confirmation Slip or Air Ticket
- Original Passport
The Validity of the passport should be more than 6 months when you
apply for the visa.
- Visa Fee
Single Entry Visa 9,440 Yen in Cash
Multiple Entry Visa 11,000 Yen in Cash
The applicant for Multiple Entry Visa should submit one request letter in English. (Please mention that you apply for Multiple Entry Visa and the reason.)
- Four Copies of Marriage Registration issued at the Ghana Embassy in Tokyo or Certificate of Acceptance of Marriage Registration or Abstract of Family Register.
Please mark the "Tourism" for the Purpose of Journey (No. 6) on the Application Form.
