OPENNG CEREMONY OF HONORARY CONSULATE
OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA IN FUKUOKA

| Opening Ceremony of Honorary Consulate of the
Republic of Ghana in Fukuoka was held on August 17, 2006 at Hakata ANA Hotel. H.E. Dr. Barfuor Adjei-Barwuah, the Ambassador attended the Reception together with three Embassy officers of Ghana Embassy, Tokyo. H.E. the Ambassador presented the letter of appointment to Mr. Hiroyuki Watanabe in the Ceremony. Mr. Taku Yamazaki and Mr. Seiichi Ota, Members of House of Representatives, Mr. Kazuhiko Egashira, Vice Mayor of Fukuoka City, and Mr. Hiromi Cho, Member of Fukuoka delivered messages to celebrate the establishment of the Honorary Consulate. More than 150 guests were invited to the Reception including Honorary consuls of other countries. @ |
